Minamisenri Crystal Hotel

I liked my nature view from the room window, quite neighborhood, very close to the nice park.

It was close to the place I had to go and convenient to reach from KIX.The hotel provided many things which are appreciated (water, clean up every day).Price was good.

There is no storage in the room. We have to live in a case (for which there is hardly any space to put on the floor).Breakfast was crowdy with a group of old people who were quite rude during the 5 days I stayed.

I loved their breakfast that is quite enjoyable for choosing some Japanese and Western items. I never used MISO-soup machine before, so I enjoyed it.

Spacious dining room for breakfast which had food for all types of diners. Very comfortable bed in a small room. Beautiful park view from room.

Location and it is clean

The room is very small. I booked double room but once I opened my suitcase, there is no space to walk to the toilet…..

Great location, very close to train station, supermarkets, starbucks, and conbini. Rooms are a very good size, larger than normal. Good lighting due to large window. Breakfast is very Japanese and does not change much, however there are other options 2 mins away. Beds were comfortable.

Not all staff could speak English.

The breakfast offered an expansive variety of good foods to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised both mornings. Also, it was good that you have children's plates, cups and silverware.

The room was a bit chilly; there was no way to adjust the temperature.

Good location

Room is small and bathroom is smaller then the image.breakfast is average.

The staff is doing their best to help you in any possible way, so polite and helpful !Everything spotless clean.Hotel has a laundry room that we could use - you pay by coins.Close to the train station, small shops, and several good restaurants (opposite to the train station, one level higher - is not so easy to find, but you can eat there cheaply).

To me not a 4* hotel, to be honest, for several reasons (small room, outdated etc.).

- The staff are excellent- Convenient to get to train station (2mins)- Small park next door - Not an issue for me but there are limited restaurant options nearby

- Walls are thin so you can hear other hotel guests - The windows don’t have a good seal so there is a draft and you can hear all the noises (e.g. every time a train goes by)

Lake view and metro access

Aircondition dis not work properly. It was hot in the hotel room that we were not colfortable sleeping

Passable !

The bed was very very uncomfortable. The property is so small and balcony is in such a weird side. The property space doesn’t look like it was shown in the picture. The bathroom is very small but yet clean . The price is very high if we compare the comfort and the facilities.

Excellent location. The hotel is across the street from a lovely park with a pond and right next to the train station where one can hop on and off to wherever one wants to go. The park also has a wonderful restaurant with delicious food that is reasonably priced. There is a small grocery store and convenience store nearby.

The rooms were a bit small for western standards but probably just right by Japanese standards.

The room I had was absolutely tiny and isn’t in any of the photos listed. The room was dated and dusty. The mattress & you only get one pillow.

The location was nice, and was close to a train station for a private line. I had booked a room for 1 person but was given a room with 2 beds, so I was pleasantly surprised with the extra space.

Accessing the lobby and the hotel were a little difficult, as they are part of a larger commercial building. When you arrive at the address in the booking, enter the main doors and use the elevator to get to the 4th floor; this is where the lobby for the hotel is.

room was spacious, next to the minami-senri train station, staff were helpful and friendly

expensive for what it was (minami-senri station is not that convenient), bathroom had some hairs when we entered

The location is very strategic and peaceful. It's not too far from where I'm doing my work at. The nearby supermarket and train station definitely ease my commute everyday.

Able to have me to stay at very short notice due to the typhoon stopping all trains, I was very grateful. Comfortable and pleasant stay. Launderette facilities very helpful

Quite far from the city centre

We have stayed here several times beginning in 2005. The location is close to trains and taxis. It is close to Tonarie Annex and other shopping. there are good restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, grocery stores and “100 Yen” type shops nearby in case we need something small. I love the Minami Senri Park and Bird Tree Restaurant in the park that are an easy walk and lovely to look at from our hotel. several staff members spoke English and were very helpful when we needed to order a cab, etc.

Would have liked an option to have an extra pillow.
